Tammie was no stranger to working out or eating well when we started working together. โฃ

Sheโ€™s ran races, lifted weights, and played college basketball. ๐˜š๐˜ฉ๐˜ฆ ๐˜ฌ๐˜ฏ๐˜ฐ๐˜ธ๐˜ด ๐˜ฉ๐˜ฐ๐˜ธ ๐˜ต๐˜ฐ ๐˜ธ๐˜ฐ๐˜ณ๐˜ฌ ๐˜ฉ๐˜ข๐˜ณ๐˜ฅ.โฃ

Ultimately, injuries are what sidelined Tammie along with the struggles of a pandemic.โฃ

โฃ

When we started working together, Tammieโ€™s biggest goal was to decrease her pain by improving her mobility.โฃ

โฃ

We went through a movement screen to see where she was struggling the most and how to progress in those areas. โฃ

โฃ

Over the next 19 weeks, Tammie committed to following her workout plan to a T. She ๐ซ๐š๐ซ๐ž๐ฅ๐ฒ ๐ฆ๐ข๐ฌ๐ฌ๐ž๐ scheduled workouts, and if she did, she always hit them later in the week.โฃ

That consistency over the last 5 months greatly improved her range of motion (especially in her hips which were her biggest bugaboo).โฃ

โฃ

She is able to do lunges and pushups significantly better than before. Her nagging hip pain decreased as well.โฃ

โฃ

However, we know that working out is only half the battle when it comes to losing weight. Hitting nutrition is even more important!โฃ

โฃ

Thanks to Tammieโ€™s amazing wife, she had nutritious dinners and leftovers for lunches that she (Tammie) committed to bringing to work. โฃ

โฃ

She even started to ๐‹๐Ž๐•๐„ veggies! Okay, maybe not love, but they are a daily staple as weโ€™ve set the goal to hit 2-3 servings a day!โฃ

โฃ

Notice that the โ€œ๐˜ฎ๐˜ข๐˜จ๐˜ช๐˜ค ๐˜ฃ๐˜ถ๐˜ญ๐˜ญ๐˜ฆ๐˜ต๐˜ดโ€ that made Tammie successful are things that anyone can possess but we rarely actually see. โฃ

Those โ€œ๐˜ฎ๐˜ข๐˜จ๐˜ช๐˜ค ๐˜ฃ๐˜ถ๐˜ญ๐˜ญ๐˜ฆ๐˜ต๐˜ดโ€ are ๐œ๐จ๐ฆ๐ฆ๐ข๐ญ๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ ๐š๐ง๐ ๐œ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐ฌ๐ญ๐ž๐ง๐œ๐ฒ.โฃ

Through holidays, vacations, work trips, anniversaries, etc. She kept both intact. โฃ

โฃ

If you need proof that those are the 2 most important ingredients in any fitness journey, Tammie is it. โฃ
