Over the next 19 weeks, Tammie committed to following her workout plan to a T. She ๐ซ๐๐ซ๐๐ฅ๐ฒ ๐ฆ๐ข๐ฌ๐ฌ๐๐ scheduled workouts, and if she did, she always hit them later in the week.โฃ

That consistency over the last 5 months greatly improved her range of motion (especially in her hips which were her biggest bugaboo).โฃ

She is able to do lunges and pushups significantly better than before. Her nagging hip pain decreased as well.โฃ

However, we know that working out is only half the battle when it comes to losing weight. Hitting nutrition is even more important!โฃ

Thanks to Tammieโs amazing wife, she had nutritious dinners and leftovers for lunches that she (Tammie) committed to bringing to work. โฃ

She even started to ๐๐๐๐ veggies! Okay, maybe not love, but they are a daily staple as weโve set the goal to hit 2-3 servings a day!โฃ
