"first Date" call

If you're like me, you like to do a ton of researching before you make a big time and money investment. Think of this initial "getting to know you" call as our first fitness date. 

You're probably wondering....

"Could this program really work for me?" or "What's different about this program versus a trainer at the gym?" or possibly, "Will I have to take out a second mortgage to afford this?"

Whatever questions you have, this is an opportunity to get them answered.

If I feel I'm not the best person to help you towards your health and fitness vision, I'll help direct you to the person or program that is!
