Instead you need a plan that actually meets you where you’re at in your life. ⁣ ⁣


One that supports recovery, strength, self-care, and nourishment.⁣ ⁣


It also takes grace and patience. You won’t be perfect, it’s not about perfection.⁣ ⁣


It’s about staying the course and finding the path you can be most consistent with.
