It’s Monday and again you’re starting fresh on your diet and workout routine, right?
Last week you had all the best intentions of working out everyday and sticking to your meal plan. You even laid out your exercise clothes and prepped your snacks for the week.
But by Wednesday you were hitting snooze buttons and ordering door dash.
Either way, when you fail at a plan you have the opportunity to display two other very powerful traits:
1. 𝘊𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘢𝘨𝘦
2. 𝘙𝘦𝘴𝘪𝘭𝘪𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘺
Sure, things didn’t go as planned last week… but it takes a courageous person step back in the ring when everyone else would just give up.
Success doesn’t come by never failing. You will fail sometimes. We all should fail sometimes. If we’re not failing, we’re probably not aiming high enough.
Success follows resilience. It comes to those who get up, dust themselves off, and say, “Game on, Bitch!”
You’re not a failure.
